Travel Game Reschedule Instructions
These are the steps taken by the team manager and coach for games that are forced to be cancelled due to inclement weather.
1. If the game is cancelled based on MYSA weather policy (found on the travel tab) prior to the ref team showing up.  Contact the field/ref coordinator immediately in order to call off the ref team prior to making the trip to the field.

2. If the game is cancelled while the ref team is on site, the field/ref coordinator still requires to be contacted so that game can be rescheduled.

3. The game will be held in a rescheduling purgatory and managed separately.  Once a consensual date and time has been agreed with the opponent, DO NOT reschedule the game on the SMSL portal but rather immediately re-contact the ref/field coordinator to ensure the field is open and refs are scheduled. 

4. Once the ref team and field has been approved by the ref/field coordinator, utilize the SMSL portal to perform the normal reschedule process.  DO NOT do this prior to getting clearance in regards to refs and field.

Games are only to be rescheduled due to inclement weather or field closures.  Field closures will be communicated by the ref/field coordinators to the team managers and coaches.
